Refund requests can be made within 7 days of purchase or service delivery. To be eligible, the service should not have been fully utilized, and any product must be returned in its original condition. Please note that customized services, special orders, or services that have already been completed are not eligible for a refund.
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if a portion of the service has already been delivered.
If there is an error or fault on our part, Geek Service Care Inc will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly. If a resolution is not possible, we will provide a fair refund to ensure customer satisfaction.
